All our stores are open and are operating under Level 2 Guidelines. Check store details.
We currently have delays in our pick and packing of online orders due to operating under Level restrictions, therefore there may be a delays in the despatch of your order between 2-7 days.
There are also delays in NZ Courier deliveries by at least 2 days currently. Please check your tracking number for delivery updates. All deliveries will be contactless delivery by courier.

For customers who have laybys that have expired during Auckland Level 3 restriction, please visit your local Pascoes store to discuss.
Customer Orders & Repairs
Your local Pascoes store will contact you about your order soon.
If you have a giftcard that expires while our stores are closed we will extend the gift card for you. Please visit your local Pascoes store and they will be able to arrange that for you.
If you've made a purchase from our website and need to return the product, we have a 14 day exchange policy. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition. Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to exchange earrings or body jewellery (nose studs, belly bars, labrets or eye bow body jewellery).
