Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for shoppers. Afterpay allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every 2 weeks. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay so long as you pay on time.

For example, if you purchase an item for $200, you pay 4 instalments of $50.

Simply shop online and check out as normal. When checking out you can choose Afterpay as your payment method and you will be directed to the Afterpay website, where new customers will need to register and provide their debit/credit card details. Returning Afterpay customers will need to log in to finalise their payment.

Online orders over $100 and under $1000 can be paid for using Afterpay, although Afterpay also applies personal order and account limits. These personal and account limits may mean that the full value of your purchase cannot be paid via Afterpay and the balance will need to be paid for using an alternative payment method.

Personal and account limits start low for customers new to Afterpay and increase as repayment history with Afterpay is positive.

Yes.

Your Gift Card may be used to make purchases up to the available amount to spend. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the available amount to spend, you simply need to pay the excess using another payment method.

Pascoes does not charge service fees for any unused Gift Cards carrying a balance.

Pascoes accepts Visa and Mastercard for online purchases.

Yes, we can include a short message with your card when we send it directly to your chosen recipient. You can advise us of your message during check-out for online orders. Please be aware that James Pascoe Limited reserves the right to refuse any message it believes to be inappropriate.

Pascoes Gift Cards are not refundable.

The only cost to you is the amount you choose to place on the Gift Card, and any relevant shipping costs for online purchases.

Yes, as long as you provide the Pascoes receipt or Exchange Card within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition and we'll credit you with a new Pascoes Gift Card. If the product is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

No. Your Pascoes Gift Card may be redeemed for Pascoes product only.

A Pascoes Gift Card is valid for use for 3 YEARS from the original date of purchase.

Once purchased, the Pascoes The Jewellers Gift Card can be used immediately.

If you are purchasing a Gift Card online there is a maximum value of $200, available in $50, $100 and $200 denominations. If you require more than $200, or another amount not available online, you can make a Gift Card purchase in store. 

Yes, you may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose. The Pascoes Gift Card is the perfect gift for Birthdays, Engagements, Weddings and Anniversaries.

No, the available amount to spend is limited to the amount placed on the card. It does not have a line of credit.

Standard (1-5 working days): FREE delivery for any order $80 and over. $6.50 freight charge for all other orders.

In most instances your order will be picked the next working day and sent on an overnight courier. Occasionally if items are not in stock, your order may take a few exta days.

Sorry, no.  We operate a secure order process from start to finish, and all our deliveries are based on obtaining a signature at the time of delivery.  Our courier drivers will not leave a parcel at your doorstep if no one is able to sign for it, they will leave a card to call. If you have requested an "Authority to Leave" by Courier Post, you will be responsible for the security of this item, and Pascoes The Jewellers will not refund or replace.

Yes of course! Just enter the Gift Card details during the checkout process.

Yes. Simply enter a message for the gift card along with the gift recipients name and delivery address and we'll do the rest.

Yes. The gift recipient may exchange goods at any of our stores within 30 days of purchase. The packing slip or reciept will need to be provided and the goods must be in their original packaging and condition.

A packing slip is included, gift card message (if applicable) and any other related documentation. However no prices are visible on any of the paperwork.

Every purchase from Pascoes online website comes beautifully packaged in a Pascoes box. Perfect for a gift or a treat for yourself.

At Pascoes, product is carefully checked and securely packaged before leaving our Distribution Centre, however in the unfortunate instance that item(s) are damaged in transit please view our returns policy at www.pascoes.co.nz/returns-policy

Each of the products in the catalogue have a 7 digit code next to them, type this in the search field and the item you are looking for will appear. Yes we maintain a history of your orders and your details will not be lost should your details change i.e. email address.

We do not currently dispatch orders to addresses outside of New Zealand

Once we have received your order, we will email an order confirmation to you. Then once your order is picked and ready for dispatch, we will email you with a track and trace number.
